5m (UK) Limited, the leading UK contractor for Liguid Applied Waterproofing and Built Up Roofing Systems have vacanies for the following positions based in the South East of England (though there will be a requirement for travel outside the area as the business demands).
LIQUID APPLIED WATERPROOFING APPLICATORS.
Applicants will be experienced in the application of liquid applied systems primarily to commercial properties. It is highly desirable that they have passed certified traning from manufactures such as Liquid Plastics, Tor Coatings, Garland, Thortex etc.
Applicants must have up to date Health and Safety touch screen test and a valid CSCS card would be highly desirable.
CONTRACTS MANAGER.
Applicants will be experienced in managing contracts for Liquid Applied Coatings, Build Up Roofing and Single Ply. Experience of Sheeting/Cladding contracts management would also be an advantage.
Applicants must have a Contract Manager CSCS card and also hold the CITB SMSTS qualification.
5m contracts demand a degree of flexibility with contracts ranging from £5k to £2m which means that work can vary from managing multiple sites with travel to managing a large contract on site for a period.
